Dreams for Brutus is the Ambient/Chillout side project of the artist Merlyn Gabriel.
Born in the winter of 2006/2007 as a respose to their uncle’s request to “create music I can relax and sleep to”. This is also how the project got its name.
DFB creates music using Propellerhead’s Reason software, and the tracks are purely instrumental. Focusing on dreamy soundscapes, flowing melody lines and the occasional soft rythms.
